How to practice a global (Windows) key combination in KeyCombiner without triggering the underlying action? #135

Description

@aarre

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I want to practice a global (Windows) key combination in KeyCombiner, but the keyboard shortcut takes the respective action instead of being captured by KeyCombiner. For example, I would like to practice the key combination for opening Power Toys Command Runner (meta+alt+space), but pressing this key combination opens the Command Runner whether I have KeyCombiner in the foreground or not, and it is not captured by KeyCombiner.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like there to be some kind of option for a key combination in KeyCombiner that would tell it to capture the key combination for training before it is passed on to Windows to take the underlying action.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can't think of any way of doing this myself.
