How essential is object tagging?

Not all S3 compatible providers implement the object tagging API (ie. Cloudflare R2). Would you be open to making tagging optional?

Currently R2 syncing fails as a result.

the tags are currently used to store meta information such as notes and the protected flag for the backups which can be edited using PVE frontend.

@Schachte -- If you still need this I have a fork of the repo that implements a -disable-tagging flag that worked in my tests - https://github.com/sweatycomputing/pmoxs3backuproxy/tree/backblaze-b2-errors

I also added #82 if they want to incorporate it here. Personally, I am planning on switching to PBS now that it has native S3 backed datastore support, but it's nice to have this tool for situations that don't warrant setting that up.
