Ability to mimick Pkg.jl progress bar

Hi,

It would be really nice to be able to mimick the progress bar in Pkg.jl when packages are being precompiled, with progress bar, spinner, completion and failed icon in async mode.

It should be possible to mimic the Pkg.jl progress bar with #157 (not exactly but close)
