envuassu: drop Nextcloud full-text-search Elasticsearch
FTS Elasticsearch (~1.8Gi) indexed ~15 condo PDFs — wildly oversized;
Nextcloud filename search still works. Apps disabled via occ, ES scaled
to 0, deployment removed from the kustomize bundle. Mirrors the Zammad-ES
retirement rationale.
