Same line notes start only when the colon is followed by a space

Currently, this works as a same line note:

```
-    some task:my note
```

Which makes it impossible to do something like this without starting a note at the second `00`:

```
-    pull data for yesterday from 00:00 - 06:00
```

Enhancement is to only start notes when the `:` is followed by a space.
