docs: use explicit <br> in See-it-in-action demo so it renders on GitHub

GitHub renders README files as CommonMark, which soft-wraps single newlines
into spaces — so the demo's title bar, dividers, and input bar collapsed onto
adjacent lines. It only looked correct in editors (e.g. VSCode) that hard-break
single newlines. Each intended line break in the demo block is now an explicit
<br>; verified against GitHub's own file renderer. Content unchanged.
