List of issues to fix before pilot:

• Initial invite email is not pulling ED from the directory
• Survey 1 - NHSStaffPanelUniqueUrl is not being saved into directory
• Survey 1&2 - Incorrect validation on telephone extension
• Survey 2 - Other ethnicity - does it need (please specify) ?
• Survey 2 - NHSStaffPanelHubUrl is not being saved into directory
• Email 3 - Firstname font size
• Survey 3 - Research hub - jumping straight to incorrect end page after authenticator

Post-mvp

• Multiple teams reporting that emails from qemailserver.com are not received in nhs.net accounts
• Update screener with availability information
• Update screener with panel data integration
