ImageDescription encoding

When querying for my Exif ImageDescription the result is not UTF-8 encoded. My special car do not display correctly.

Here BC<lher should be Bülher. I've checked my ImageDescription is correct.

Is this related to the plugin ?

@pmarxbraun The issue seems to be upstream in the exif-reader package. So, as far as I can tell, this is not directly related to this plugin.
I will try to investigate this further tomorrow anyways and keep you updated regarding a fix.

I created an issue in the upstream library.
devongovett/exif-reader#17
Though, since the Exif spec itself only supports ASCII (see the Type section on Page 14 of the spec), this might be out of scope for the library to support.

@pmarxbraun I've opened a PR in the exif-reader library, which would support non-ascii charsets. It's still waiting for a review though.
