[FEAT]: Python 3.12+ support?

Just wondering why 3.12 and above isn't supported. pip sent me back to v 1.0.1 for that reason.

A small fork was created and adapted to work with Python 3.10+ for now, while the other issues and pull requests are being resolved to update the project.

You can try installing opfunu-core using pip:

pip install opfunu-core
