Unable to install

When I try to browse through the web directory. I see the below lines

Please Install the application to start proceeding and please connect to the internet for installation PATH=/install.

Please type install after your root path like that www.thepetronics.com/install where www.thepetronics.com is your actual domain or if you are using local host then type localhost/fds/install where fds is your root folder
