Add Apprise as a notification channel

Hello @themartz90,

Notifications currently cover Telegram, Pushover, Discord and Web Push. That works, but each new destination today means a new PHP class and more env vars (ntfy, Gotify, Slack, Signal, Matrix, email, Home Assistant, …).

Apprise already speaks 100+ services through one URL scheme. Would you consider an Apprise channel so Jellydash can push to whatever people already run, without growing a channel per service?

Happy to implement this on my fork if the idea sounds good 🫡

I like this idea as an optional integration for people who already run Apprise API. I would not want to bundle Apprise into Jellydash, add another required container, or replace the existing notification channels. It should stay completely optional and do nothing unless it is configured.

This also sounds like a nice focused PR, so feel free to open one as a draft, if you're interested in building it, I would appreciate help 🙂 Ideally it should use the existing notification dispatcher and test notification flow, with the configuration added to the example environment and documentation.😉 It's a good fit, especially if someone is already running it.
