This SLA is effective as of the 19. of april 2021, and applies to "The Magic Strings" aswell as any other user of Twooter. The agreement is valid until replaced by a successor which is endorsed by "The Magic Strings".
The agreement is set in place in order to guarantee the delivery of the following parameters:
Service uptime: At least 95%
Mean response time: 1 second
Mean time to recover: 15 hours
Failure frequency: At most 10 timeouts per day
