git sv config should be able to create the config file

From my usage of git sv it appears that it isn't possible to automatically create the .gitsv folder directly with the cli tool.

It would be great if the output of git sv cfg default could be written instead of having to manually copy and create the file.

Just use pipe e.g. mkdir .gitsv && git sv cfg default > .gitsv/config.yaml is not enough?
