Version 1.0 — March 2026
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Tomato ("Project"), maintained by Alessio Battistutta ("Project Owner").

Please read this agreement carefully before submitting a contribution.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to existing work, submitted by you to the Project in any form (source code, documentation, bug reports, feature requests, or any other material).
"Submit" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the Project, including pull requests, issues, emails, and forum posts.
Subject to the terms of this CLA, you hereby grant to Alessio Battistutta a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to:

This CLA does not transfer ownership of your Contribution to the Project Owner. You retain full copyright ownership of your Contribution. The licenses granted above are in addition to, not instead of, your own rights to use your Contribution.
By submitting a Contribution, you represent that:
- You have the legal right to submit the Contribution and grant the licenses above
- The Contribution is your original work, or you have sufficient rights to submit it
- The Contribution does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights

- You understand and agree that the Project and your Contribution may be made public
The Project Owner is under no obligation to accept or include your Contribution in the Project. The Project Owner may choose to use, modify, or reject any Contribution at their sole discretion.
Your Contributions are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are not required to provide support for your Contributions.
