Defaults must be valid for every codebase (per feedback_zero_config_universal). project_markers: filenames any of which qualifies a directory as a scannable project root. implicit_functions: name/arity pairs invoked by OTP/framework dispatch never via direct calls — exempted from dead_code. known_behaviour_callbacks: behaviour module name (as it appears in `use X` / `@behaviour X`) → callback signatures. Used to exempt callback functions of stdlib/ecosystem behaviours that aren't in the project graph. router_verbs: HTTP verbs Phoenix's router DSL recognises; Pass 9 dispatch-edge synthesis only fires for AST nodes whose head matches one of these.",
