Suggestion of max limit for expenditures

Testing with a value of $50,000,000 for a new house, the total expenditure seems to come out a bit weird.

I understand this is a rather niche use scenario that does not have to do with PocketPal's intended demographic or feature.

Might I suggest adding into the UG/ help menu a portion on expenditure limits? (i.e max amount is 5000)
