In this seed you have to go fight Kraid to obtain Grapple and then backtrack to Wreck Ship using either a Green Gate Glitch or Red Tower Climb.
At this point I had Morph, Missile, Super, Power Bomb, Plasma, Charge, Hi Jump (which required Wall Jump to acquire in Spazer location), and spent a good amount of time learning to climb Red Tower from Kraid's Lair to X-Ray Scope location and then Green Gate Glitch in Brinstar Green Hill area.
I couldn't finish the Red Tower Climb all the way to the Moat which would require Ice Beam to be in logic.
