[Bug]:Serious 404 Repository Errors and Environment Crashes on Android #5124

Problem description

Hello Termux Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding the repository mirrors and environment stability on non-rooted Android devices.

Recently, running standard package updates (pkg update && pkg upgrade) consistently throws '404 Not Found' errors across multiple core mirrors. Furthermore, attempting to manage external distributions via proot-distro results in sudden terminal crashes and broken loop states. As an end-user, these issues completely break the environment.

Please provide updated and working rootfs installation commands/scripts for external distros that do not throw 404 errors, and fix the core stability bugs on Android.

Thank you.

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

pkg update && pkg upgrade
proot-distro install parrot

What is the expected behavior?

The environment should update smoothly without throwing '404 Not Found' errors, and external Linux distributions should install cleanly via rootfs scripts without crashing the terminal.
