Can't get installed on Windows

I've tried many different methods to getting this to install on a Windows system, but there seems to be a problem with the hidapi bindings. No matter where I put the hidapi files, I can only get it so far, but eventually it fails on trying to use the dll. Is there any chance this can be ported to use the hidapi ruby wrapper? That wrapper installs without problems. I took a look to try and do the port myself, but I'm not versed enough.

Is there any chance this can be ported to use the hidapi ruby wrapper?

I think I had problems with that wrapper, though I don't recall what those problems were. Are you able to locate the hidapi dll file? It's odd that the symbols are not found.

If I add the hidapi.dll to C:\Ruby27-x64\lib and go into the Makfile and add -lhidapi to the LIBS = line then I can get 'make' to run properly. I can't seem to pass any options to the gem command that puts that into the Makefile.
