DataCite 4.7 update

DataCite has updated its metadata schema, the relationType Other and attribute relationTypeInformation - it contains more details about the chosen relationType, it´s highly recommended, especially for the relationType Other. Consider whether CCMM needs this attribute as well.

consider adding attribute description to Resource relation type, dependent on its value. Anyway, Other is not recommended value.

not sure how to solve this as we have now mapping between CCMM and datacite. This affects this mapping and also datacite vocabulary which is reused by CCMM, so only task here remains to check if everything still used from DataCite vocabulary is in compliance with the newest version of DataCite.

There are two types of changes in DataCite 4.7:

1. controlled list values
2. new non-mandatory sub-properties.

Moreover, the whole DataCite including Controlled Vocabularies shall be available as Linked data https://tibhannover.github.io/datacite/. Therefore it does not have to be solved in any way if CCMM will use the original values from controlled terms vocabularies.

The non-mandatory properties shall be taken into account in the transformation between CCMM and DataCite, but IMHO they are already mappable as Resource relation type label.

From my point of view, there is nothing to be done in the CCMM in order to the changes in DataCite 4.7.
