Add a Payload Components companion recipe to techiejd/payloadcms-vectorize #73

Description

@Ducksss

PayloadCMS Vectorize gives Payload 3 projects collection-level vector search and AI retrieval. That is exactly where its users need a clear path from CMS configuration to shipped frontend UI.

A focused companion recipe would give the project’s Payload audience a concrete frontend path while preserving source ownership and a reviewable git diff.

Payload Components is an MIT registry of 67 typed components for Payload v3 + Next.js 15/16. Components install as source; the companion CLI wires Pages, RenderBlocks, generated types, and the admin import map, leaving a reviewable git diff. Source: Ducksss/payload-components.

Proposed contained patch: add a concise README.md “Frontend building blocks” note with the supported Payload v3 + Next.js path and a copyable evaluation command. I’ll keep it documentation-only unless this repository already has a preferred example app.

I’ll prepare the techiejd/payloadcms-vectorize patch against its existing README structure; redirect me only if a different example location is the maintained path.
