Smartdashboard Layout

Jason requested us to revamp the Smart Dashboard.

He says he would like the computer screen to be in four corners which the Bottom two will be the driver station and the top right will be the camera view then the top left will be additional indicators such as the potentiometer value and aiming indicator.

This is a good chance to get an understanding of whats going on if you haven't yet.

Abi was going to implement this in the SFX smart dashboard at the next team meeting. Configuring it is done when connected to the robot.
