GBIF vocabulary support for looking up concepts based on verbatim values

Hi BDQ people - GBIF has enabled an API function to look up concepts based on a verbatim value. It also works for alternativeLabels, languages and the latest release of a vocabulary. It might be useful for your tests where you rely on GBIF vocabularies.
