Can data from an Android device be used for rover.obs and rover.o files?

Hello,

I'm interested in using data from an Android device (phone or watch) to generate the rover.obs and rover.o files for this project.

What is the required format or structure for rover.obs and rover.o? I couldn't find detailed documentation on this.

Are there any existing tools or recommended methods for performing this conversion?

Any guidance or clarification on the file format and the conversion process would be greatly appreciated.

For the obs and nav format doc, you can directly download it from web by searching RINEX format.
But the GnssLogger(which can be installed on phone or watch) developed by GOOGLE now officially supoorts the RINEX format output, maybe you can try it(v3.1.1.1), but I don't konw why it just can't install from Google Player, you might need to find some way for that.
