Add support for PBIP/PBIR report format

Currently PBIP/PBIR format is not supported, making all those files unusable with the tool (since you can't go back to pbix).

So please add support for this new format. Thanks.

Nothing visual like pbi-explorer, unfortunately.
Right now I’m just using Git: I save the files into a folder, stage/commit them, and then save the second file in the same directory (same name, of course). That highlights all the differences.
If you only have a few files, it’s manageable, but when you’re dealing with hundreds, it becomes difficult to handle.
