Cannot advance from the intro screen: break: only meaningful in a for, while, or until loop

If I take out the star animation loop (stage1-stage5) in play-intro.sh then it works.

@MrCsabaToth Thank you for reporting this! I will take a look into this issue as well along with #1 over this weekend.

I think I will go through the entire code as I wrote bash-gorillas ~10 years ago and this seems a good time do a thorough self-review now.

I appreciate reporting any other issues.

@MrCsabaToth I have addressed the issue. Thank you for your patience. (It took a lot longer than I expected to go through all of the code.)

If you have some time, then I would like to ask you to check the version on the ten-year-anniversary-refactor branch before I merge my changes into master.

The starting screen and settings are fine now (although I cannot use back space when defining names).
I tried only one play, it seemed that if the parameters are off somehow there's an abrupt win declared? I'm not sure if that's by the rules and if it was like that before.
