To update on linux, you need to manually download the program, make it executable, and move it to /usr/lib/bin. If apt, yum, and pacman sources were created, installing and updating would be made much simpler and the program would be better integrated into the linux workflow. Alternately, an install shell script to replace the 3 manual commands on the website could be used instead in the meantime.
