I was wondering how to do scrublet when I have hashtaged samples. I have 4 samples and each of them has 4 hashtags (totalseqB from biolegend). When I run scrublet I run it for each of the 4 samples separately. Is that ok? I demultiplex the 4 samples into the 4 hashtags following scrublet.
