Online subtitles - No subtitles found

Hello, I wanted to check in and see if there was a configuration change I needed to make for the online subtitles to work. I have tried a few different movies and a show as mentioned below.

1. play a video
2. navigate to the subtitle button, select it then select Get Online
3. Search subtitles comes up, with EN pre-selected
4. No subtitles found

I have tried other languages and also just waited at the window for a while to see if it would populate anything.

This one is on the Jellyfin server side rather than the app. Sodalite's "Get Online" just calls Jellyfin's RemoteSearch/Subtitles endpoint, and your server is answering successfully but with zero results for every title, which means Jellyfin has no working subtitle provider to query.

To fix it on the server:

1. Dashboard -> Plugins -> Catalog and install Open Subtitles (or another provider), then restart Jellyfin.
2. Dashboard -> Subtitles and sign in with your OpenSubtitles.com account. Since the API change, OpenSubtitles requires login (a free account works, VIP just raises the download limit). Without credentials the search always comes back empty, which matches what you are seeing.
3. In the same screen, set your download languages and make sure your library has subtitle downloading enabled, and that your user account has permission to download subtitles.

Once a provider is authenticated, the same titles should start returning results. Let me know if it still comes up empty after that and I will dig further.
