Active region area should be filtered out by detection algorithm

The active region area is usually associated with a lot of activity in the difference maps during an event. This can interfere with the accurate detection of a propagating EUV wave.

It would be good to implement a method which discounts the active region area when performing line detection. An order-zero approach might be to set a high-latitude cutoff.
