目前版本已支持钉钉加签模式，配置参考conf/.env.dist中说明，摘抄如下：

DINGTALK_ENABLED=0
DINGTALK_WEBHOOK_URL=https://oapi.dingtalk.com/robot/send?access_token=xxx
DINGTALK_SECRET_ENABLED=0 # 设置为1表示启用加签
DINGTALK_SECRET=SECxxx

conf/.env.dist是示例文件，运行时文件是在conf/.env（从conf/.env.dist复制过来，按实际情况修改里面参数）
