[Hyper-V] Write peer ip address to generated file

Vagrant not supporting port-forwarding on Hyper-V. Vagrant has a limitation with networking here more info.
CC(SubutaiControlCenter) launches Peer-Os via the console port. Vagrant Subutai plugin should write peer IP address to generated file when Vagrant executes the following command:

vagrant up

How to test (on windows):

• run command vagrant init subutai/stretch-master
• then run the other command vagrant up --provider=hyperv

Then check the folder for the file with name generated.yml
There should be _IP_HYPERV

I installed dev CC and its components.
Switched provider to HyperV
Updated the plugin and boxes:

Then followed the commands above ^

Successfully brought up a peer:

There is a file generated.yml.

Fixed on dev

Successfully installed the components and updated them
After that I brought up a peer via HyperV using the commands mentioned above:

Then I changed the IP in generated.yml file and peer is functional and working good:
