Some crew appear to grant an additional starting antimatter (AM) bonus when assigned to voyages. This bonus has been observed mainly on voyage-exclusive / continuum-related crew, and can significantly affect voyage duration and optimal crew selection.
At the moment, the Voyage Calculator does not seem to account for this bonus, which may undervalue certain crew in recommendations.
Observed behavior
Certain crew provide an extra +150 to +450 starting antimatter on voyages.
This bonus is applied in-game but is not reflected in the Voyage Calculator results.
As a result, some voyage-exclusive crew are ranked lower than they should be for AM-optimized voyages.
Expected behavior
Voyage calculations should take this additional antimatter bonus into account when present.
Crew providing bonus AM should be correctly valued in voyage duration and optimization results.
