include only relevant proofs when creating delegations

It looks like, when a delegation is created with w3 delegation create, all available proofs are included in the resulting delegation, even those that have nothing to do with the space access is being delegated to. The result is bigger delegations that contain a lot of data that is not required.

When a fix is produced, it should be ported to the upload-service repo.
