The level 1 for creating the python client :

Level 1

1. Pick your own method to create a DAG and export into CAR file ready for upload:
   Kubo CLI
   JS Tooling etc.
   Rust implementation
   Idea is to use CLI not necessarily Python.

2. Storacha http bridge to make a curl request, upload
   Offline >> you need to create delegations, and a space; pick your method
   Use the python language to make the request
   It's a json request with a URL where you put the CAR file you want to store
