beautify the HML with some CSS

Currently the toolbar (browser action as internally called), who's HTML code is stored in src/action, is very dull, with no CSS arrangement at all.
Maybe it can be made more pleasant to the eye via CSS? Any ideas/prototypes are welcomed.

@ahcodes If you're still interested, just a friendly remainder that a bit more HTML has been added, not too much to overwhelm, but enough to maybe make the task more interesting and allow more options.
Anyways, no pressure at all 😊👍
