Adding examine methods to Autograph

Current:
Plotting methods examine_outliers and examine_changepoints process and plot data in the class_diagnostics.R file.

Proposed Solution:
Align with other stocnet packages and process only the data in goldfish code, and implement methods in the autograph package to plot.
