`Openstex.Swift.V1.container_info/2` broken

Issue:

• Broken request.
• :head request not yet supported by :httpipe
• Pending Pull request and issue @httpipe

Potential Solutions:

1. Wait for HTTPipe Hackney Adapters to merge PR.
2. Do a workaround for all :head functions using :hackney alone
