Rendering of SVG

When exporting mdj to HTML the Images are not rendered properly. Elements are not where they should be and the size of some elements is not correct.
Version: latest (0.9.1)
OS: Ubuntu 14.04; Ubuntu 16.04; Debian

Could you attach the .mdj file to reproduce the problem?

I tried the export with a prepared Test-File The attached ZIP contains the Test-MDJ and the generated diagram.
