[UI] : Profile Page Irresponsive

Describe the bug:

• Currently, when the user has no profile picture page seems irresponsive
• Same problem with Navbar

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Profile section'
2. See an error

Expected behavior:

• It should be responsive
