exclude missing from window rules

the exclude field is missing in the gui.

i just pushed a commit to main that adds ui controls for the exclude block in window rules. it should serialize correctly now. pull the latest and let me know if you run into any issues.

Thanks works great. there was just one small issue: The origin exclude from the config file was shown in the title field. not a big issue, more a cosmetic issue

the summary title was ignoring the exclude block entirely. pushed a fix so it shows up now.
