Draw the launch artwork from the real application window

The hero-launch card and page hero showed an invented UI: a portrait pen
display with a left tool rail and dashboard charts the application never
draws. Both are redrawn from the Store listing screenshots: Windows
chrome with the menu bar, a captured Power BI matrix with highlighter
marks, the floating pen palette, and the YOY % DAX panel with red pen
ink pulling the circled year into PREVIOUSYEAR. The type is enlarged so
the story survives the downscale to a feed thumbnail.

A landscape window cannot fill a square, so hero-launch.svg becomes
1200x1000 and index.html follows. render-cards.ps1 now deletes the
previous export before rendering, because its appear-wait was satisfied
by a stale file when Chrome failed to start.
