Guidance for coding agents lives in tool-agnostic files, so that every contributor works from the same instructions. Read these before making changes:
- CONTRIBUTING.md — branch and pull request workflow, code style, and the mistakes this codebase invites.
- docs/decisions.md — what was decided about packaging, signing, and releases, and why. Each entry states whether it is implemented or only agreed.
- docs/release-management.md — how the project is built, packaged, and shipped.
- README.md — what the application does and how it is put together.
