[BUG] Window border color changes do not fully apply

What did my garbage code do this time?
Whenever changing the color of the window borders, only the inactive titlebar color changes and the border around windows does not change when inactive.

How?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I opened the app
2. I navigated to the colors tab and clicked "Pick Accent Color"
3. Window border color does not change when window is active.

The inverse is true:

1. In the same tab, click advanced
2. Select "Pick" under "Window Borders"
3. It shows the hex code changing but active window borders stay the same
4. It breaks inactive borders and grays them out.

The reload button does not fix it, even with the proper privileges.
