We're building OpenCrane, an open-source (AGPLv3), Kubernetes-native control plane that gives every employee a private AI assistant without handing your workflows, skills, and conversations to a vendor.

Most "AI for teams" platforms turn your hardest-won institutional knowledge into someone else's training data and lock you into a single model. OpenCrane flips that: isolated per-employee assistants, a self-hosted skills repository, RBAC-filtered organizational knowledge, full audit trails, and the freedom to run any LLM provider, all on your own infrastructure.
