Hi, I'm James — the creator of Draft to Take.
I’m building a local-first AI script-to-audio production studio that lets creators turn scripts into full multi-speaker scenes with emotion, voice consistency, and timeline mixing — all running privately on their own machine.
What is Draft to Take?
Draft to Take is a local alternative to cloud tools like ElevenLabs. It gives you:

A powerful Script Canvas for writing and structuring scenes
Voice Studio for creating and reusing consistent character voices
A full Timeline Editor to review takes, add SFX/ambience/music, and export finished mixes
Everything runs 100% locally (Docker + NVIDIA GPU)

Developing and maintaining this project takes a huge amount of time and focus.
