Missing feature that is reported as shipped

The Splunk IDEA https://ideas.splunk.com/ideas/PPSID-I-14
encomapssed a request to provide OAUTH2 mechanisms for the HTTP connector in SOAR.
The IDEA is tagged as having been shipped back in 2021, however the "scope" field is missing.
