Normalise name for Twitch title/status and (maybe) game/category/directory

We use several names for the Twitch title/status internally alongside the documentation, We also use several for the game/directory/category as well. These should probably be standardised.

We also use "information" and "metadata" interchangeably too, which should probably also be changed.
