Feature Request: Update Hired Judging Exchange #74

Description

@jacobwilki01

The "Hired Judging Exchange" / "Offer Hired Judging" feature could use some serious upgrades. It has become increasingly difficult to stop, and then remove, judges without experience who sign up for tournaments. Every tournament I have run with it activated, I have had to go through once a week and remove 5-10 unqualified judges that sign up for every tournament haphazardly. This has become especially prevalent in a post-online debate world.

Things that would be nice:

  • The ability to specify a "registration note" on the page. This could be something like "only judges with NDT-CEDA experience will be accepted".
  • A better menu for rejecting/accepting judges from the hiring exchange. There is already something similar for hired round requests, but it is annoying to have to go through each judge and manually drop them from the tournament when they are judges we did not intentionally add.
  • Add an ability to view the paradigm of judges who have offered rounds on the hired judging exchange. This will make clearing the judging exchange far easier.
  • Blocking judges from just re-signing up after they have been removed from the tournament. Nothing currently stops judges from just offering rounds again. Very often, I remove the same judge 3-4 times.

Additionally, there is an annoying bug:

  • You can only "rescind" hired judging in one location currently, despite the button existing in multiple places. When you "rescind" the hire from the judge's entry page, you can remove it. But if you try and do it from any location on the school side of Tabroom, it does not work.
