Can we have a pull request day once a month?

I'm trying to find ways to get help from the maintainers & address the backlog of open pull requests. I've approved a few PRs, I've commented on a few asking for documentation and test cases, etc. Here's my latest idea: would the maintainers consider scheduling a pull-request day once a month? Those of us with open PRs could put it on the calendar, try to make sure we respond to comments that same day. If it helps, I would be glad to join a call to answer questions immediately. Please comment!
